If your account is set to send requests automatically customers added to RocketReviews are batched and requests are sent over a 24-hour time period until the daily limit of requests sent automatically has been reached.
For example, if an account with a daily limit of 30 requests imports 20 customers at 8:00 a.m. requests will be sent as follows:
- 2:00 p.m. Start sending requests (4 of 20 requests sent)
- 6:00 p.m. (8 of 20 requests sent)
- 10:00 p.m. (12 of 20 requests sent)
- 4:00 a.m. (16 of 20 requests sent)
- 7:00 a.m. Finish sending requests (20 of 20 requests sent)
If customers are added and a batch is in progress, new requests are scheduled for the next available time slot. For example, if a batch is in progress and 10 customers are added at 3:00 p.m. requests will be sent as follows:
- 2:00 p.m. Batch in progress (4 of 20 requests sent)
- 10 Customers added at 3:00 p.m.
- 6:00 p.m. (11 of 30 requests sent)
- 10:00 p.m. (18 of 30 requests sent)
- 4:00 a.m. (24 of 30 requests sent)
- 7:00 a.m. Finish sending requests (30 of 30 requests sent)
If the number of customers imported in a single day exceeds the set daily limit for requests sent, remaining customers will be tracked and requests will be sent daily in the same way until all requests have been sent. For example, if 100 customers are added at 6:00 a.m. on Day 1 to an account with a set daily limit of 20 requests the schedule on Day 5 will be as follows:
- 7:00 a.m. Continue sending requests (84 of 100 requests sent)
- 2:00 p.m. (88 of 100 requests sent)
- 6:00 p.m. (92 of 100 requests sent)
- 10:00 p.m. (96 of 100 requests sent)
- 4:00 a.m. Finish sending requests (100 of 100 requests completed on Day 5)
If all requests in your account have been sent, the Account Owner will receive an email notification. To automatically send requests to new customers or request repeat customer feedback you must add customers again.
