Ways to Add Customers

To request feedback and reviews via Email or SMS Request you must add customers to RocketReviews.

Add a Single Customer

Add a single customer to RocketReviews from your desktop or mobile device. Log in to your RocketReviews account, click + Add Customer in Customer Activity. Required fields include:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email or Mobile Phone

Import Customer List for Single Location

To import multiple customers for a single location, import a customer list. To add new customers, import an updated list as needed. RocketReviews will check for duplicate email addresses on import and only new email addresses will be imported. Required fields include:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email or Mobile Phone

Import Customer List for Multiple Locations

Import multiple customers to multiple locations in RocketReviews using a single customer list. To do so, the required fields include:

• Business ID
• First name
• Last name
• Email address OR mobile phone

To add new customers, import an updated list as needed.
