RocketReviews Quick Start Guide
We’ve assembled this guide so you can start using RocketReviews to collect feedback from your customers right away. This is not a complete representation of all of the features, functions and options available within RocketReviews.
Account Verification Email/Logging Into RocketReviews
Once we have setup your RocketReviews Dashboard, you’ll receive an Account Verification Email from us. Check your inbox and click the link to verify your email address. Sometimes, the Account Verification Email might end up in your Spam or Junk folder. Please check there if you don’t see it in your inbox.
If after checking your Spam/Junk you still don’t have the email, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resend the email.
Once you have verified your email address you’ll be able to login and start using your RocketReviews Dashboard.
If you have just one location, when you log into RocketReviews, you’ll arrive at Customer Activity. If you have more than one location, once you select a location, you will arrive at Customer Activity. Customer Activity displays account details and metrics as well as activity, ratings, and reviews for both 1st and 3rd party reviews. Available tools help you take action on feedback from a single screen.
Under “Brand & Colors”, you can add your company’s logo to your feedback and review request email and landing page.
Set up Online Review Links to choose which 3rd-party sites you wish to monitor and request reviews from.
Click on “Feedback Settings” to control and customize your feedback settings such as:
- Positive Feedback Threshold
- Repeat Customer Feedback
- Default Request Send Method
- Feedback Request Page Options
Additionally, on the Feedback Settings page you can find your Feedback URL. This can be put on websites, social media, posts, email signatures, email newsletters, existing survey forms as well as printed media, invoices, bills, tabs, receipts, business cards and QR codes.
Once you’ve added customers into the system, you can begin to send your customers feedback requests. There are different ways to request feedback and reviews from customers. Requests can be sent directly to a customer via email or text or presented in-person using a web-based tablet. A business can also offer inbound channels that let customers give feedback online or via text at their convenience.
